Texas Dems flee democratic process in order to preserve democratic process

ON PLANE TO DC: Texas Democratic lawmakers are leaving state to break quorum to stop Republican voting bill.

So, let me get this straight. They are leaving the state and neglecting their duty as elected officials in the democratic process to supposedly preserve the democratic process by making sure there isn’t election integrity in Texas. And they support democracy so they fly to the only place in the country without direct federal representation in order to make their case that their state is bad.

Then, Texas Governor Greg Abbot said he would have the Dems arrested and the Texas House voted to send the Sergeant at Arms after them.
