Trump cites Babylon Bee in tweet about Twitter censorship

Clearly, we’re getting to a point that satire and reality are too easily confused. Satire is getting more and more nuanced and reality is getting more and more ridiculous.

Proof comes in the form of President Donald Trump seemingly citing the fairly clever satire site The Babylon Bee on the story about Twitter censorship.

Trump can be forgiven, of course. The Bee is more popular than CNN and have a very realistic presentation. And this is believable given how bonkers the social media giants have become in this politically motivated climate.

But, seriously, Mr. President, you picked the wrong satire site to cite! You’d fare much better citing the funnier Genesius Times.
