NYT: Biden should appoint a ‘reality czar’ to tell us what to think

The New York Times recently published a portion of Nineteen Eighty-Four as an instruction manual and no one seems to think anything of it.
The piece goes on to explain that Biden should appoint a “reality czar” to help tell people what the truth is. You know, like this prophetic satire:
“Several experts I spoke with recommended that the Biden administration put together a cross-agency task force to tackle disinformation and domestic extremism, which would be led by something like a ‘reality czar.'”
Basically, Biden should squash conspiracy theories by proving them right.
“It sounds a little dystopian, I’ll grant. But let’s hear them out,” the Times author writes.
