Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is Worried the First Amendment is “Hamstringing the Government”

Your newest Supreme Court Justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson (the one who couldn’t define woman): “My biggest concern is that your view has the 1st Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways

This is not a joke. She actually said that.

This could possibly be the worst person to have serving as a judge, let alone a Supreme Court Justice.

What would you have the government do? I’ve heard you say a couple of times that the government can post its own speech, but in my hypothetical, “Kids, this is not safe, don’t do it,” is not gonna get it done.

WORST. DIVERSITY. HIRE. EVER.

Clearly this person doesn’t understand that it’s not government’s role to do everything, even if it sounds good. The purpose of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights is precisely to hamstring the government.
